Pacific City restaurant serves up fun and funds for dogs

Ways & Means Oyster House at the Pacific City shopping center in Huntington Beach hosted a fundraiser Dec. 9 to benefit Barks of Love, a dog rescue group.
The $20-per-person event, on the restaurant’s dog-friendly patio overlooking the Huntington Beach Pier, raised enough money to provide rabies vaccinations for more than a dozen rescue dogs, according to a news release.
