Records: Lakers 9-38 through Wednesday; Clippers 30-16.

Season series: 1-0, Clippers.

Update: The Lakers have lost eight in a row to the Clippers, including a 94-84 loss Dec. 25 in which the Clippers led by as many as 28 points before a late Lakers rally.

Despite the chaos surrounding the Clippers, they won consecutive games by two points at Indiana and Atlanta before returning to Los Angeles. This will be a Clippers home game.
