Speedster Christian Grubb signs with UCLA for football, track

Running back/sprinter Christian Grubb of Sherman Oaks Notre Dame said he has signed to play football with UCLA and will also run track.

Grubb was originally intending to be a walk on at Arizona State until UCLA offered him a scholarship. He said he signed on Tuesday.

Grubb came on strong in football and has been the fastest sprinter in the Southern Section. He won the Division 3 100 and 200 meters last week and will be trying to become the fourth Notre Dame student to be the state 100 champion.
