Update: Reaching the 30-win mark, while notable and impressive, is getting to be routine for Kings goalie Jonathan Quick. Quick recorded his 30th victory of the season with Tuesday's 2-1 result against Calgary, reaching that milestone for the fifth time in his career. His career high, 39 wins, came in the 2009-10 season, in which he played in 72 games. "It's incredible," said Kings defenseman Luke Schenn, who scored against the Flames. "He's consistent year after year. As a defenseman, when you've got a goalie like that, you're able to play with a little extra confidence. Mistakes happen, you're going to make a mistake, and he bails you out. It's no secret, in my opinion, why he's the best."
