Update: The Ducks will continue their playoff push without backup goalie Ray Emery, who was assigned to Syracuse of the American Hockey League on Saturday. J.P. Levasseur has been called up from Syracuse to take his place and will be on the bench Sunday as the Ducks look to extend their three-game winning streak against the league’s top team. The Canucks kicked off a five-game trip Saturday with a 3-1 victory over the Kings. Daniel Sedin, who scored the winning goal against the Kings, leads the league in scoring with 80 points (33 goals, 47 assists).
