Up next for Clippers: Monday at Memphis
When: 5 PDT.
Where: FedEx Forum.
On the air: TV: Prime Ticket; Radio: 980.
Records: Clippers 26-41, Grizzlies 36-31.
Record vs. Grizzlies: 0-1.
Update: Memphis is contending in a crowded race for a playoff spot without small forward Rudy Gay, who is out because of an injured left shoulder. Gay has missed about a month and is set to have an MRI exam Monday, according to the Memphis Commercial Appeal newspaper. This game completes a five-game trip for the Clippers, who have won five of their last six games and are four victories from surpassing last season’s total of 29. That would clinch their best record since they were 40-42 in the 2006-07 season. They play Memphis three times in the final four weeks of the season, twice on the road and in the season finale April 13 at Staples Center.
