Update: It was called a “recovery day” for the wounded and weary Kings on Tuesday after back-to-back losses. Some stats to ponder: The Kings’ Jeff Carter has scored one goal in his last six games, an empty-netter against San Jose on March 20. The Flames’ star players had been struggling until Monday. Captain Jarome Iginla had two assists against Dallas, his first points in six games, and Olli Jokinen had a goal for his first point in eight games. Former Kings forward Michael Cammalleri returned to the lineup Saturday against Dallas after having missed nine games with an upper-body injury.
