NBA Commissioner Adam Silver leaves Stephen Curry hanging during MVP ceremony [Video]
Adam Silver presented Stephen Curry with the 2015-16 NBA MVP trophy Wednesday night before Game 5 between Golden State and Portland.
The commissioner also chose that moment to show the Warriors superstar that he’s not as cool as might think he is, even after becoming the NBA’s first-ever unanimous MVP and winning the award for the second year in a row.
Check out this video of an awkward few seconds between the two men during the presentation ceremony.
How humiliating.
Luckily Curry got another shot at Silver’s hand after the game, and this time the commissioner didn’t leave his league’s best player hanging.
Now that’s how it’s done.
