Top overall draft pick Jadeveon Clowney is unlikely to play for the Houston Texans when they host the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday because of an unspecified illness.

The outside linebacker was listed as questionable on the injury report, which said he was out because of his knee and an illness. Clowney missed practice Friday and when asked afterward about his status for Sunday, Coach Bill O’Brien said: “I don’t know. I wouldn’t say it looks very good for him playing Sunday.”

Clowney returned last week after missing six games following arthroscopic knee surgery.

Romo a game-time decision

Dallas quarterback Tony Romo was listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against Arizona after missing practice all week because of a back injury. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Coach Jason Garrett said Romo’s availability would be a game-time decision. He took a direct hit to his surgically repaired back on a sack in Monday’s 20-17 overtime loss to Washington, though he returned for Dallas’ final two series.

Chancellor, Okung questionable

The Seattle Seahawks could be without starting safety Kam Chancellor and left tackle Russell Okung for Sunday’s game against Oakland. Chancellor (groin) and Okung (calf) were held out of practice Friday and were listed as questionable. The Raiders, meanwhile, are expected to be without cornerback Carlos Rogers (knee), who has started 55 consecutive regular-season games.
