Update: The Galaxy begins a three-game trip this weekend in Colorado. All eyes will be on Galaxy forward Landon Donovan, who has been on the verge of setting the MLS’ all-time goal-scoring record since October when he tied Jeff Cunningham at 134. He is scoreless since then. But the Galaxy will have to be careful on the defensive side of the field. Rapids forward Edson Buddle, who spent five seasons with the Galaxy, is on the cusp of getting his 100th MLS goal. Galaxy defender Todd Dunivant (abdominal strain) and midfielder Marcelo Sarvas (knee) are questionable for Saturday night’s match.
