Update: The Galaxy enters the weekend in second place in the Western Conference, just two points behind Vancouver. Los Angeles has been dominant at home but has a woeful 1-6-5 record on the road this season, including a 2-1 loss at Dallas on May 9. But the Galaxy won its last road game, beating Colorado, 3-1, on Aug. 1. This will also be Giovani dos Santos’ first MLS road game since joining the Galaxy.
