North Torrance High linebacker Mique Juarez has narrowed his list of scholarship offers to Mississippi and UCLA, Rival’s Adam Gorney reported.
Juarez is considered an elite recruit in the 2016 class and is participating in the Army All-American Bowl this week in San Antonio.
The 6-foot-2, 225-pound Juarez committed to USC in January 2015, but announced his decommitment after Steve Sarkisian was fired as coach in October.
Alabama, Brigham Young, Oklahoma, UCLA, USC and Washington were among programs that made in-home visits with Juarez during the contact period in December.
Juarez is expected to announce his commitment on signing day in February.
