USC’s Adoree’ Jackson on Wednesday played receiver for the first time during training camp, and the sophomore put on a show.
Jackson made multiple touchdown catches and other outstanding plays.
“When I got out there, I just felt like, at home, “ Jackson said. “It just felt good, and it felt fun to be out there.”
Jackson, a starting cornerback, caught 10 passes last season, three for touchdowns. Coach Steve Sarkisian has said he plans to use Jackson more on offense this season.
“It felt like every time he touched the ball, he might have scored,” Sarkisian said, “and that’s what it should feel like.”
When running back Tre Madden scored on a running play, Jackson, on the other side of the field, executed a standing back flip.
