Your “Club Mad” articles [May 27] were perfectly timed. United Airlines just changed my flight times in June, and they would not send a new corrected ticket, except by e-mail or fax. I have neither.

Customer relations and reservations, including supervisors in each category, did not resolve my problem. Sign me up for “Club Mad” immediately.
