Hyatt Resorts cuts rooms rates 25% on selected sites -- but only until Tuesday night

Hyatt Resorts is in the middle of a 48-hour sale offering 25% off room rates at selected hotels in the U.S. and the Caribbean, including four luxury resorts in California. But you must act by Tuesday night to snag it.
The deal: Hotels on the 48 Hour Sale list of 21 sites include the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort, Villas and Spa near Palm Springs; Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa; Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino; and Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in Carlsbad. The code for this deal is R48HY, and you can reserve online or by phone.
When: The offer started at 10:01 p.m. PST Monday and will end at 9:59 p.m. PST Tuesday. The room sale is available for stays through March 31.
Tested: Rooms are still pricey but present a nice savings if you’ve ever wanted to splurge at one of the resorts. I went online and found a room at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort (the former Four Seasons) available Feb. 26 to 28 for the discounted rate of $295.25 plus tax per night.
