Don’t let the rain get to you. Get to the Los Angeles Times Travel & Adventure Show, where it’s always great weather for wall climbing, zip-lining and taking a dip in a dive tank inside the Los Angeles Convention Center. Oh, and the show offers hundreds of exhibits too, plus celebrity speakers such as Rick Steves (11 a.m.) and Samantha Brown (3 p.m.).

The event continues Sunday for its second and final day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Learn how to shoot better vacation photos at booths and panels led by Los Angeles Times photographers. Or how to navigate the Internet to get deals at “Cents & Sensibility --Practical Tips to Save Money with Online Travel” (2:30 p.m.). Or catch a Japanese dance performance at the Global Beat Stage, which has shows all day. With dozens of activities and hundreds of booths, you won’t be bored.
