Paul McCartney is back, and he is ready to rock.

The former Beatle posted a video on YouTube Tuesday saying he was over his illness and ready to return to his tour.

McCartney, who turned 72 last week, postponed the start of his U.S. “Out There” tour this month because of a lingering, unspecified illness that caused him to spend several days in the hospital.

“I feel great!” he says in the short video posted on YouTube. “Feeling great, rocking and rolling … yeah!”

The tour resumes July 5 in Albany, N.Y., and just added a date in Greensboro, N.C. He’ll perform there Oct. 30.
