“At no time during this entire ordeal did Manuel Ramos say to the other officers that maybe Kelly had had enough,” Rackauckas said. “Kelly was crying out, ‘Dad help me, Dad help me,’ he asked God for help.”
Eventually Thomas' cries for help became a deep, low groan before there was silence, Rackauckas said.
