Three women were injured and the accidents stalled westbound traffic for about two hours. According to CHP Officer B.J. Country, about 8:30 a.m. a cement mixer’s broken hydraulic line leaked fluid onto the highway. Soon after, a car driven by Irene Solomon, 59, of Escondido, hit the fluid, slid into an embankment and rolled over. Solomon, trapped inside, had to be cut out by paramedics.
