Redondo Beach
By unanimous vote, the City Council approved plans Monday for a 51-space parking lot on a Southern California Edison Co. right of way in the 2500 block of Santa Fe Avenue.
The Edison Co. has agreed to lease the property to the adjacent South Bay Beer Distributors Inc. for employee parking. The request for the lot had been approved previously by the Planning Commission which noted that it would improve off-street parking and “substantially benefit neighboring businesses.”
