SCC to Play Host to Cal Lutheran Tonight

Southern California College will play host to Cal Lutheran at 8 tonight in its final NAIA District 3 game of the regular season.

Cal Lutheran (8-22), which is in fifth place in the NAIA Northern Division at 3-7, has played inconsistently this season, but has fared well against some of the best NAIA teams. The Kingsmen handed Point Loma Nazarene College (21-7, 6-3) its only conference loss at home. And Cal Lutheran lost to Westmont, the NAIA defending champion, by only five points.

SCC, the NAIA District 3 Southern Division leader, is 22-4 overall, 8-2 in conference. The Vanguards have won seven straight games.
