Professional Center Near Completion : Moreno Valley Complex Ready for Tenants Next Month
Occupancy is scheduled for May 1 for Park West Center, a $2.5-million, 27,000-square-foot medical and professional office building being developed in Moreno Valley (formerly known as Sunnymead) by the VED Corp.
The two-story complex, on a 1.5-acre site at the southwest corner of Heacock Street and Fir Avenue, is in the central business district of the rapidly growing Riverside County community of 62,000, according to Jay Ved, president of the Anaheim Hills-based development concern.
The project, designed by Courtney Building Designs, Covina, features a red barrel tile roof and wood exterior detailing and offers suites ranging from 675 to 7,875 square feet, he said, adding that 9,000 square feet of the building has been leased.
“With Sunnymead’s population increasing at the rate of 10,000 to 12,000 a year, development of convenient and attractive professional, medical and commercial facilities is very important,” Ved added.
