An earthquake measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale struck Central California. No damage or injuries were reported. The U.S. Geological Survey placed the temblor’s epicenter 10 miles north of Morgan Hill along the Calaveras Fault, the same area where a 6.2 earthquake hit on April 24, 1984, causing millions of dollars in damage. A Survey spokesman said it was an aftershock of the 1984 quake.
