There Are Tragedies in Other Sports, Too
After reading Mike DiGiovanna’s commentary, it is obvious that he knows nothing about the thrill of racing. When a driver is killed at a car race, the race still goes on. True, when a spectator or driver is killed it is a tragedy. I believe he is using this tragic accident as a means of taking cheap shots at the National Drag Boat Assn. and the sport of drag boat racing. I don’t think drag boat racing is a trash sport, but I do think his article is trash commentary,
