2 Pedestrians Hurt When Hit by Car
One Garden Grove man was in critical condition and another was listed as serious Thursday after they were struck by a car Wednesday night while walking across Harbor Boulevard against a red light in Santa Ana.
Luterio Salgado, 19, was listed in critical condition Thursday evening at Fountain Valley Community Hospital with a concussion and broken leg, and Pedro V. Ocampo, 20, was in serious condition with a concussion and broken jaw.
The men were crossing Harbor Boulevard eastbound on Westminster Avenue when they were struck in the crosswalk by a southbound car driven by Howard W. Wagner, 22, of Santa Ana. Wagner was not cited.
