Two men and a 16-year-old boy were charged Wednesday in connection with the kidnaping and sexual assault of a 21-year-old college student after she was dragged from a Sherman Oaks restaurant parking lot Saturday night.

The victim was dragged into a car as she walked from Stanley's Restaurant with three female friends, police said.
