Bel-Air
Bruce W. Barren, a resident of Bel-Air, has received an Award of Civic Merit, the highest honor given by the county Board of Supervisors, for his efforts in providing jobs in Southern California. He is an economist and banker, and is an adviser to the county’s Economic Development Commission.
