A Utah truck driver was traveling too fast and his brakes had not been properly maintained when his truck rear-ended a tour bus on a desert highway on March 29, killing two people and injuring several others, according to a report by California’s Multidisciplinary Accident Investigation team. According to the report, driver Terry Marks was traveling too fast and was unable to avoid hitting the bus on Interstate 15 near the California-Nevada state line, California Highway Patrol Capt.
