Anthony Parker Leads Memphis to 41-17 Win

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Running back Anthony Parker ran for 90 yards and two touchdowns Friday night as the Memphis Showboats routed the Orlando Renegades, 41-17, in a United States Football League game.
Tim Spencer added another 110 yards rushing for the Showboats.
Showboat Coach Pepper Rodgers used both veteran Mike Kelley and second-year pro Walter Lewis at quarterback, and both had four-yard touchdown runs.
Kelley also threw a 10-yard touchdown pass to flanker Greg Moser, and kicker Alan Duncan kicked field goals of 21 and 41 yards.
The victory gave the Showboats a 9-7 record in their second USFL season. The Renegades dropped to 4-12.
