Allyn Conwell has a qualification that David Gergen and George F. Will do not have: he was there.

These two columns (Editorial Pages, July 2) show so well why there never will be peace in the world. These two guys can’t be understanding and tolerant of their own decent fellow American acting under enormous emotional stress.
