California may be home again to convicted sex offender Weston Hill, who had been given a one-way airline ticket to Florida by Santa Monica Police Chief James Keane after he was arrested for allegedly lewd conduct in a women’s restroom at the beach. Shortly after his arrival in Miami, Hill was arrested for exposing himself before a woman and three children. In the latest development, Florida State Circuit Judge Gerald Kline ruled that Hill should be given another one-way ticket back to California.
