Escondido
Escondido police arrested an Escondido man Friday in connection with the July 19 killing of Larry Henry Werner.
Earl Christopher Krogh, 19, was booked for homicide at the county jail in Vista.
Police said Werner was shot and stabbed to death in the 1500 block of Tanglewood Lane in Escondido.
