Pacific Scene Launches Gift Program at Nine Developments

Pacific Scene, San Diego's largest residential builder, today launches a six-week gift giveaway promotion at all nine of its new home developments in San Diego County.

Called "A Houseful of Gifts," the program is open to all home shoppers 18 and older who tour a Pacific Scene model complex through Sept. 30 or until about 27,000 scratch-type game cards have been given out, according to Jon Werner, San Diego County division manager for the firm.

Total value of the gifts is $95,420 and visitors have about one chance in five to win a gift at each Pacific Scene tract they visit, he said.

Gifts available at each complex include refrigerators, upright freezers, washers and dryers, trash compactors, microwave ovens and ceiling fans.

The nine developments are: The Villas at Calavera Hills, 3503 Providence Lane, Carlsbad; Northfield (attached), 17696 Azucar Way, and Northfield (detached), 17687 Azucar Way, Rancho Bernardo; Summerhill, 1808 Willowspring Drive North, Encinitas.

Also, The Meadows at Hillsborough, 1391 Manzana Lane and The Greens at Hillsborough, 1479 Manzana Way, San Diego, and, in Chula Vista: Summer Ridge, 892 Mesa Place; Pacific Ridge, 873 Gold Oak Court and Charter Point, 1526-D Apache Drive.
