Work Under Way on Saugus-Newhall Homes

Four models and the first 47 production homes are under construction at Claibourne, a W &A; Builders Inc. development of an eventual 364 homes on 200 acres near the Circle J Ranch in the Saugus-Newhall area. Completion is scheduled for October.

The three- and four-bedroom homes with two and three baths will offer 1,150 to 1,850 square feet of living area and will be priced from about $110,000 to $135,000. They are directed toward first-time move-ups or those wanting to quit condominium or apartment living.
