Fire Damages Restaurant: A fire, believed started by an electrical short in an attic, caused an estimated $100,000 damage to a Garden Grove seafood restaurant early Tuesday, fire officials said. It took 44 Garden Grove firefighters nearly 45 minutes to extinguish the stubborn blaze that broke out shortly before 7:30 a.m. at Seafood Paradise restaurant in the 8500 block of Westminster Boulevard, Battalion Chief Marvin Schilling said. Damage was confined primarily to the kitchen and attic.
