Three men from Hawaii, charged with operating the largest Super Bowl ticket counterfeiting ring in history, have pleaded innocent to charges of conspiracy and forgery. Defendants Harry Fischel Jr., William Bendick and Michael Edwards entered pleas of innocence, and Circuit Judge Robert Chang scheduled them for trial Dec. 2.

The alleged scam was discovered in January shortly before the Super Bowl was played in Palo Alto. California State police said they recovered 881 of 1,200 counterfeit tickets.
