Jaworski Leads Eagles Over Lions, 20-16

PHILADELPHIA —
Quarterback Ron Jaworski passed for 150 yards in three quarters of action as he led the Philadelphia Eagles to a 20-16 victory over the Detroit Lions Thursday night in the final exhibition game for both teams.
Jaworski, recovered from last season’s broken leg, completed 13 of 25 passes in directing the Eagles (3-1) to two touchdowns and a field goal before giving way to rookie Randall Cunningham.
The Lions ended up 1-2-1.
