Appeals Fee Can Be Waived

Share

A newly implemented $266.50 fee for appealing Planning Commission decisions may be waived or reduced if the appellant can prove financial hardship. An ordinance passed last week on a 3-2 vote by the City Council says the council can waive the fee without establishing specific criteria to define “hardship” cases.

Councilmen Gary Brutch and Tony DeBellis opposed the measure.
