A Santa Ana man, severely beaten outside a Lake Elsinore bar last week, has died at Riverside General Hospital, and charges against his alleged attacker have been upgraded to murder, according to a spokeswoman for the Riverside County coroner. Tuma Recklaw, 37, of Bellflower remained in the Riverside County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail. He is accused of attacking David Bickerstaff, 47, after an argument and fight outside the bar, police said.
