Four former TCU football players said they will be interviewed by the NCAA next week in its continuing investigation of violations at the Southwest Conference school. The four--Egypt Allen, Marvin Foster, Gary Spann and Gerald Taylor--said they will cooperate fully with the NCAA’s probe into alleged cash payments the players received.
They are among seven players who were suspended by TCU Coach Jim Wacker for taking illegal payments from boosters. The four have received written guarantees from TCU that their full scholarships will continue until 1987, their lawyer said.
