McKellar Winner of SAM Grand Award : Developer Honored for Casablanca Condominium Project

McKellar Development of La Jolla is the winner of the Grand Award in San Diego’s 1985 SAM Awards. The presentations were made at the El Cortez Convention Center.

The firm won in five separate categories for its Casablanca condominium development in Rancho Penasquitos.

Loisene Copeland of Transamerica Title Insurance Co., a board member of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Building Industry Assn. of San Diego--sponsors of the program--was honored as the Industry Professional of the Year. She joined the association in 1973.

Frampton & Associates was cited for the best corporate/institutional public relations campaign for McMillin Development Inc. and the best new home or new home community public relations campaign for McMillin’s Terra Nova.
