Vista Man Killed in Crash of Truck
OCEANSIDE —
A 26-year-old man died Sunday when the pickup truck he was driving went out of control and crashed, authorities reported.
Luis Ricardo Latorre of Vista was driving at a high speed on a ramp connecting Interstate 5 and California Highway 78 when the truck flipped over, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Latorre, a carpenter, was found dead shortly after the 2:30 a.m. accident, authorities said. And investigation into the cause of the crash is continuing.
