The Toronto Globe and Mail reported that several major league baseball teams, including the Toronto Blue Jays and Cleveland Indians, may carry 24 players rather than 25 in an effort to save money.
“It’s going to be our organizational policy and we’re not alone,” Jeff Scott, Cleveland’s director of player development and scout, said.
