An early morning fire in the Los Angeles garment district killed a man and injured two others. Authorities said they suspect arson in the fire at a clothing store at 102 E. Pico Blvd., which they said was fueled by gasoline that had been poured through a mail slot. The blaze killed Epifanio Ramos, 44, and injured two other men, all of whom had been sleeping at the store to provide security, authorities said.
