Culver City : Agency Approves Park Plans
The city Redevelopment Agency approved plans Monday for a 39,400-square-foot mini-park at the southwest corner of Hannum Avenue and Canterbury Drive in the Fox Hills area. The project, which will include re-landscaping an existing 16,750-square-foot park on the site, will cost about $60,000.
The agency also requested more study of preliminary plans for a Burger King restaurant at 10816 Jefferson Blvd. Agency members were concerned that the proposed drive-through fast-food restaurant, which would face Jefferson Boulevard, would not be an attractive addition to the neighborhood.
