The headquarters building at 1920 Marengo St., East Los Angeles, has 10,000 square feet on two stories and will include executive offices, clinic, library, educational facilities and a computer center.

Serving on the design team will be Albert H. Carey, Susan Gardner, Charles H. Fabish, Fernando Diaz, Jerry Alsobrook, Douglas Hiatt, and William F. McWhorter.
