Local News in Brief : 2 Men Shot to Death in Separate Incidents
Two men were shot to death in separate incidents Wednesday night in the San Fernando Valley, police said.
In Sepulveda, a man was killed after he and his brother began arguing with two residents of a home in the 9400 block of Noble Avenue about 8:15 p.m. One of the residents fired a shotgun twice, Los Angeles Police Lt. Alan Kerstein said. The two residents were questioned but were not immediately arrested, Kerstein said. None of the men was identified.
In Burbank, an unidentified man was shot and killed at a residence in the 1600 block of Victory Boulevard shortly after 8 p.m. Dennis Daggett, 36, of Burbank, was arrested on suspicion of murder, Burbank Police Lt. Larry Coch said. No motive was given.
