Quakes Jolt Yugoslav Area

ZAGREB, Yugoslavia — Two strong earthquakes jolted three towns southwest of here Thursday but no damage was reported, the offical Tanjug news agency said. The tremors, 20 minutes apart, were felt in the towns of Rijeka, Ogulin and Karlovac about 70 miles southwest of Zagreb.
