The State - News from March 30, 1986
Investigators are investigating the cause of a fire in the offices of the San Antonio Winery in Costa Mesa. Fire officials suspect the blaze early Saturday at 1500 Newport Blvd. may have been started by an arsonist. The fire broke out on the first floor and flared up through the ceiling into a storage area, Battalion Chief Gerald Poarch said. The wine-tasting area apparently was undamaged. Damage was estimated at $5,000 to the contents and $10,000 to the structure.
