Philadelphia 76ers center Moses Malone suffered a broken bone near his right eye socket in Friday’s game against the Milwaukee Bucks and will probably miss the rest of the regular NBA season.
Milwaukee center Randy Breuer inadvertently jammed an elbow or a fist in Malone’s face.
Dr. Jack Jeffers of the Wills Eye Hospital said Malone will be sidelined for two weeks but should return for the NBA Playoffs.
